Please allow enough time to find location and parking during your first visit. There is a 5 minute late policy. If you arrive late, I will try my best to accommodate you unless busy schedule does not allow.

Reminder email and text will be sent 24hrs prior to appointment. Please reply accordingly.

 

Cancellations are allowed up to 12hrs before appointment. 

"No call - no show" or cancels after 12hrs, client will be charged 50% of service total service.

If payment fails, future appointments will not be allowed until cancellation fee is paid.
